I want to help people see the possibilities and the steps needed to get into their first property, their next property, or even the steps towards building an investment portfolio. I want to give my clients direction and motivation rather than rejection – like I received at my first attempt of securing a home loan.
If you don’t have enough for a deposit right now, we discuss your options and come up with a plan to get you there. If your savings history or credit rating isn’t great, we come up with a plan of how you can work towards fixing it. If you’re worried about increasing interest rates, we can make sure we build in a buffer so that you know your parameters. If you’re worried about property values and the current market, we can talk tactics to help you research and put your mind at rest.
